A recent accident in Van Nuys
On Friday, April 14, 2017, an alleged DUI driver attempted to flee the scene of a crash site on Hazeltine Ave near Archwood Street. The alleged DUI driver apparently tried to run away from the crash and was captured and held by witnesses until police could arrive, who later charged the man with Felony DUI.
According to Los Angeles Daily News, the crash occurred a little before 6AM, and the 3 victims who were in the vehicle which was hit were in critical condition.
